1. Processing Speed
We don’t believe in waiting. We process most orders within a few hours of payment confirmation. Once processed, your order is dispatched immediately via our network of global and local couriers.


2. Delivery Locations & Timelines
We provide professional door-to-door delivery to the following regions:
South Africa: Nationwide delivery to your home or office.
International: We officially ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For all supported regions, our standard delivery window is between 5 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure the security of your high-value tech.


3. Shipping Options & Costs

Express Delivery: Optimized for high-end devices and urgent orders.
Standard Delivery: A cost-effective solution for accessories and non-urgent items.
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, value, and destination of your order.


4. Tracking Your Innovation
The moment your order is packed and ready for collection, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link. You can monitor your parcel's journey from our door to yours in real-time.


5. Delivery Hours
Deliveries take place during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00), excluding Public Holidays in the destination country.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, and the UK, please note that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Metafy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


7. Stock Availability
We strive to ensure every item listed on www.metafy.co.za is in stock. In the rare event that an item is unavailable:
We will notify you immediately.
We will offer an agreeable alternative, a backorder option, or a full, immediate refund.
